Director of Customer Experience
Laura joined the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµCustomer Experience team in 2015. In her role as Director, she designs and implements ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµsupport operations, leads clients through onboarding, including the deployment of products and technical services, and collaborates with marketing on campaigns that promote user adoption and knowledge. ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµbenefits from Laura’s customer-centric focus from her years working in retail management with brands such as Honda, Ten Thousand Villages, and Lululemon. Laura oversees workflow and process management, critical to supporting ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµresearchers around the world.
