Associate Director
Kelsey joined the 草莓视频Customer Experience team in 2023. As the Associate Director, she is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer onboarding and workflow experience through support operations. Prior to her start at WRDS, Kelsey worked in the hospitality industry with companies such as Studio by Tishman Speyer, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Arlo Hotels, and Carnival Cruise Lines. She has a passion for the customer experience and her background ensures 草莓视频users have a great support system.
